Two log houses in Zazriva

Two wooden cottages in Zázrivá nad Grunom were built in 1989.

The bigger one has dimensions of 11m x 5.5 m and a smaller one 7.5 x 6.5m. It has fireplace which is located in the living room and it also has solid fuel or electric heating. It has wooden windows.

Rooms: Living room 4m x 5m, hall 2m x 1m, dining area 3.5m x 5m, which is associated with wooden kitchenette (2m x 2, 5m) with brick stove used for heating. There is also a gas cooker connected to PB, built-in electric boiler (80 l) . Next to the dining room is bathroom of size 3m x 2m, with bath and toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms 4, 5 x 3, 5m and 3.5m x 3m equipped with beds. 
 
A smaller cottage has wooden windows tile stoves for heating, which are located in the living room. The top floor is heated by convectors.

Rooms: Living room 5m x 4m, hall 1.5 m x 2m, kitchen 2m x 4m, shower room 2.5m x 1,5m with boiler.

On the first floor are two bedrooms 3.5m x 5m, equipped with beds.

Both wooden houses are being sold with all equipment. Both could be used for rent or as holiday houses.
